From waste to biogas for roasteries
Coffee waste generated in Paulig’s coffee production in Finland is used to produce biogas for our roasteries. All Paulig’s coffee in Finland is roasted with biogas, and our biggest roastery in Vuosaari has been powered by biogas since August 2015.
Packaging development plays an important role in addressing food waste. In Paulig’s packaging development, maximising shelf life is always the first priority.
